当前,高速发展和转型的经济社会需要职业化教育培养出一批有素质的职业人才。本文在简述园林专业基本情况的基础上,阐明工学结合人才培养模式的优点。通过分析工学结合人才培养模式存在的问题,提出五年制高职园林专业4.5+0.5工学结合人才培养模式并进行研究分析。
At present, the rapid socio-economic development and transformation require professional education to cultivate a group of qualified professionals. Based on the brief introduction to the basic situation of landscape architecture, this paper expounds the advantages of the combination of engineering with learning. By analyzing the existing problems in the mode of engineering and personnel training, this paper puts forward the training mode of 4.5 + 0.5 work-study combined with talents in the five-year vocational college of landscape architecture and carries out research and analysis.
