10月7日,国家安监总局新闻发言人通报了我国今年9起特大安全事故的初步调查情况。从9月8日至21日,不到半个月的时间内即发生5起遇难人数超过30人的特别重大安全事故:9月8日山西省临汾市襄汾县新塔矿业公司溃坝事故,遇难271人;9月13日的四川省巴中市特别重大交通事故,遇难51人;9月20日的黑龙江省鹤岗市南山区富华煤矿火灾事故,遇难31人;
