神经系统并发症是心血管外科手术后最主要的致死致残原因。神经系统并发症主要包括术后认知功能障碍、谵妄、抑郁症等神经心理改变和脑卒中。近红外光谱仪(near-infrared spectroscopy, NIRS)是一种持续、无创、简便、特异性高和敏感性高的脑氧饱和度(Regional cerebral oxygen saturation rSO2)监测手段。使用近红外光谱仪监测术中脑氧饱和度,指导术中干预措施及积极有效的脑保护,有效降低术后神经系统并发症。本文就脑氧饱和度监测在心血管外科手术中的应用做一综述。“,”Neurological complications after cardiovascular surgery is the primary cause of death causes damage.
