干旱应答结合元件(DREB1)在植物抗逆性方面起着重要的作用。以紫花苜蓿为试验材料,克隆了紫花苜蓿DREB1基因,对其编码的蛋白的理化性质、二级和三级结构进行分析。紫花苜蓿DREB1基因全长901 bp,编码218个氨基酸,氨基酸序列分析比对显示该蛋白质属于AP2家族,为亲水性蛋白质,没有信号肽;二级结构中包含1个α-螺旋和3个β-折叠,其中6个氨基酸位点的变异可能影响蛋白的三级结构,可能与蛋白的抗逆功能有关。
Drought-response binding elements (DREB1) play an important role in plant stress tolerance. The alfalfa was used to clone the gene DREB1 of Medicago sativa, and its physical and chemical properties, secondary and tertiary structures were analyzed. The alfalfa DREB1 gene is 901 bp in length and encodes a polypeptide of 218 amino acids. The amino acid sequence analysis showed that the protein belongs to the AP2 family and is a hydrophilic protein with no signal peptide. The secondary structure contains 1 α-helix and 3 β - fold, of which 6 amino acid variations may affect the protein tertiary structure may be related to protein anti-retrograde function.
