利用环氧树脂微胶囊制备自修复水泥砂浆,研究微胶囊掺量3%和6%的情况下水泥砂浆的强度修复率,并利用微观结构分析在同一掺量下试样损伤发生时和修复后的结果,结合压汞法、氮吸附法和微观CT测定微胶囊水泥基材料的孔结构特性,同时通过分析自修复砂浆的孔尺寸分布模型,从模型得到的孔结构参数分析砂浆的修复效果。结果表明:在微胶囊掺量从3%~6%的砂浆范围内,修复率逐渐提高;在相同掺量的情况下,由氮吸附法测的结果表明损伤试样的累积孔体积小于修复后的;压汞测试的结果得出修复后的累积孔体积大于损伤的;XCT处理结果表明试样损伤的累积孔体积大于修复后的,并且从预测模型得到的孔结构参数表明修复后试样的孔结构得到一定的改善。
The epoxy resin microcapsules were used to prepare self-healing cement mortar. The strength recovery rate of cement mortar under the conditions of 3% and 6% microcapsules was studied. Microstructural analysis was carried out at the same dosage of cement mortar and at the same time The pore structure characteristics of microcapsule cementitious materials were determined by mercury intrusion porosimetry, nitrogen adsorption and micro-CT. At the same time, the pore size distribution model of self-healing mortar was analyzed, and the pore structure parameters obtained from the model were used to analyze the repairing effect of mortar. The results showed that the recovery rate increased gradually in the range of 3% -6% microcapsules. The nitrogen adsorption method showed that the cumulative pore volume of the damaged samples was less than that of the repaired ones The results of the mercury intrusion test showed that the cumulative pore volume after repair was larger than the damage. The XCT treatment results showed that the cumulative pore volume of the sample damage was larger than that after the repair, and the pore structure parameters obtained from the prediction model showed that Hole structure has been some improvement.
