Mexico Examine the Impression Li Xiaoxi In September 1995, I accompanied the delegation of the State Commission for Restructuring the Economy on the U.S. regional economic policies and Mexico’s foreign investment management policies. We visited the Mexican Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Finance to examine the introduction of the most concentrated border city of Tijuana and learned some of the latest developments in Mexico’s economy. We also have some sensitivity to the practice and idea of attracting foreign investment.
