本文介绍了塑料预包砂的防砂原理、制作工艺、性能参数及现场试验情况,并对塑料预包砂防砂的效果,技术上的先进性及经济效益作了评价。1986年8月至1987年9月,在港东、港西及联盟3个地区的8口井中,用预包砂进行了防砂试验,除两口井因生产考察时间短,未列入效果评定外,其余6口井生产考察时间都在100天以上,成功率为100%。至1987年9月底,累计采油11 086吨,平均单井采油1848吨,与杏壳树脂砂浆防砂相比,施工费用可降低17%左右。
This paper introduces the principle of sand control, manufacturing process, performance parameters and field test of plastic pre-sand, and evaluates the effect of plastic pre-sand sand control, advanced technology and economic benefits. From Aug. 1986 to Sep. 1987, sand control tests were carried out on 8 wells in three areas of Hong Kong East, West Hong Kong and the Union, and except for the short time of production inspection, the two wells were not included in the evaluation of the effect , The remaining six wells production inspection time in more than 100 days, the success rate of 100%. By the end of September 1987, a total of 11 086 tons of oil were produced and the average single well production was 1,848 tons. Compared with sand control with apricot shell resin mortar, the construction cost could be reduced by 17%.
