在美日‘安全條約’中有一个重要的秘密附件,那就是所謂‘行政协定’。大家早已知道,美、日反动派對這個‘行政协定’,在原則問題上業已获得協議。尽管战争贩子杜勒斯和吉田之類的當事人,對这件事矢口否认,但是,即使是美、日反動派內部的一部分舆論,却已不得不承认此事了。仅只根據后者所透露出來的一部分有关‘行政协定”的內容,人們已經能够清楚的看出來:它是如何毒狠地損害了日本的主权和獨立。这一協定的主要目的和它的母體——美日‘安全條約’——一樣,在於使美国继续長期占领日本,变日本為侵略遠東的軍事基地。
There is an important secret annex in the U.S.-Japan Security Treaty, which is the so-called “administrative agreement.” As we all know already, the U.S. and Japan reactionaries have already reached an agreement on the issue of principles with regard to this ’administrative agreement.’ Although the parties to the warmonger Dulles and Yoshida denied the incident, even a part of the media inside the United States and Japan reactionaries had to admit it. The mere fact that it is part of the latter’s “administrative agreement” revealed by the latter can be clearly seen: how severely undermined Japan’s sovereignty and independence, the main purpose of this agreement and its mother- Like the “U.S.-Japan Security Treaty,” the same is that the United States will continue to occupy Japan for a long period of time and Japan will become Japan’s military base for invading the Far East.
