四川省委作出加快人才资源向人才资本转变的战略决策以后,四川各地都开始积极探索加快转变的途径和方式。雅安、德阳、宜宾、广安、自贡等市先后从四川大学华西医院和口腔医院引进了5位医学博士担任当地医院院长,促进了当地医疗卫生事业的发展,为高层次人才资源转变探索出了一条有效途径。
