摘自《中州建筑》河南省建筑第一公司采用下述操作工艺,较好地防止了水泥砂浆地坪空鼓、起砂、裂缝。首先应按一般做法,用钢刷清擦混凝土表面,洒水湿润,贴饼、找平。然后再按下述方法操作:1.刷107胶素水泥一道(水泥与107胶按5:1配比)。用60℃热水把107胶溶化,然后与水泥调和成糊状,用棕刷子用力涂刷在楼板上,往返涂刷4～5次,使水泥浆与楼板表面充分接触,增加粘结力。2.摊抹1:3水泥砂浆作底层。107胶水泥浆刷过后,
