著作权保护所采取的各种措施都是通过保护版权人的利益来实现的,但著作权保护在保护版权人利益、激励创作的同时,也要使新的技术被广泛的应用,保护公众的利益。
The various measures taken for the protection of copyrights are realized through the protection of copyright owners’ interests. However, while copyright protection protects the interests of copyrighters and encourages creation, new technologies should be widely used to protect public interests.
