2015年3月12日,黑龙江省社会科学界联合会八届二次全委会议在哈尔滨隆重召开。来自全省的200余位社会科学界代表参加了会议。中共黑龙江省委常委、省委宣传部部长、省社科联主席张效廉到会并发表讲话。张效廉在题为《加强新型智库建设服务党委政府决策》的讲话中对省社科联过去一年的工作给予高度评价。他指出,过去一年,省社科联在服务省委省政府中心工作中发挥了重要的“思想库”和“智囊团”作用,为全省经济社会平稳健康发展作出了突出
On March 12, 2015, the second session of the Eighth National People’s Congress of Heilongjiang Federation of Social Sci-tech Industries was held in Harbin. More than 200 representatives of the social sciences from all over the province attended the conference. CPC Heilongjiang Provincial Committee, Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department, Provincial Federation of Social Science Chairman Zhang Xiaolian delivered a speech. Zhang Xiaolian spoke highly of the work of the provincial federation of science and technology over the past year in his speech titled “Strengthening the Decision-making for Strengthening the Construction of a New Type of Think Tank for Party Committees and Governments.” He pointed out that over the past year, the provincial federation of social sciences and science and technology has played an important role in serving the provincial government of the provincial party committee and government and has made prominence to the steady and healthy economic and social development in the province.
