Cr16Ni36耐热钢管在制氢转化炉中常被采用,我公司在某化肥厂施工中承担了该材料的焊接任务,其规格为φ273×20mm 的进口离心浇注管。其化学成分如表1。Cr16Ni36钢焊接中的突出问题是如何防止焊接热裂纹。现将我们在安装施工中手工电弧焊的作法介绍如下。一、焊接材料Cr16Ni36钢材焊接的焊接材料选择很关键。经过实验,我们采用了按“AWS”制造的进口镍基电焊条,牌号为 ENiCrFe—3,其主要化学成分见表2。
