读者决策采购是指大数据时代以计算机网络技术为基础,以用户需求为中心,将用户的需求转化为量化指标,当需求达到阀值时,触发购买或短期借阅。文章介绍了读者决策采购的概念、国内外发展现状、工作流程以及存在的争议。为了提升PDA效果,作者设计了大数据环境下读者行为分析模型,通过该模型得到读者行为数据库。并以读者行为数据库与图书馆书目数据库作为数据处理层,构建了读者决策文献资源采购模型,阐述了这两个模型的实现过程。
Readers purchase decision refers to the big data era based on computer network technology, user needs as the center, the user’s needs into quantitative indicators, when the demand reaches the threshold, trigger the purchase or short-term loan. The article introduces the concept of reader decision procurement, the development status at home and abroad, work flow and the existing controversies. In order to improve the PDA effect, the author designed a reader behavioral analysis model in a big data environment, through which readers’ behavior database was obtained. The database of reader behavior and library bibliographic database is used as the data processing layer, and the procurement decision model of reader decision resources is constructed. The realization process of these two models is expounded.
