房屋建筑施工中,若浅层土质状况不是很好,无法满足工程的建设需要,就需要采取有效的施工方法建造深基础以保证工程地基的稳定。本文结合作者多年工作经验及我国预制桩工程的现状,以房屋建筑钢筋混凝土预制桩施工技术为研究主体,详细阐述了预制桩各施工工艺流程,以供读者参考。
In the construction of buildings, if the shallow soil conditions are not good enough to meet the construction needs of the project, it is necessary to take effective construction methods to build a deep foundation to ensure the stability of the engineering foundation. In this paper, combining the author’s years of work experience and the status quo of prefabricated piles in China, the construction technology of prefabricated reinforced concrete prefabricated piles for housing construction is taken as the main research body, and the construction process flow of prefabricated piles is elaborated in detail for readers’ reference.
