中国林学会第五次全国会员代表大会于1982年12月21日至26日在天津市召开,共280多位代表参加了会议。中国林学会副理事长王恺主持开幕式,陶东岱副理事长致开幕词。中国科协书记处书记刘东生、林业部副部长王殿文等领导同志出席了会议,并讲了话;中国农学会理事长杨显东代表23个学会向大会致祝词、前林业部副部长李范五也应邀参加会议,并发表了讲话。
The Fifth National Congress of Chinese Society of Forestry was held in Tianjin from December 21 to December 26, 1982. A total of more than 280 delegates attended the conference. Wang Kai, vice president of China Forestry Society presided over the opening ceremony, Tao Dong Dai, vice chairman of the opening speech. Leaders of China Association for Science and Technology, Liu Dongsheng, secretary of the Secretariat, and Wang Dianwen, vice minister of Forestry, attended the meeting and made speeches. Yang Xiandong, chairman of China Agricultural Association, gave a speech on behalf of 23 institutes and former Vice Minister of Forestry Li Fanwu was also invited Attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
