文章运用文献资料研究方法,从人体生理学的视角论述太极拳和音乐的相通之处,指出了太极拳练习对人体健康的重要价值和功能,只要长期坚持练习,并配以轻柔和谐的音乐,可以达到壮内强外、延年益寿的锻炼目的。
This article uses literature research methods to discuss the similarities between Taijiquan and music from the perspective of human physiology. It points out the important value and function of Taijiquan exercises to human health.
