长输管道施工中,河流穿越往往是确定一条管线能否如期投产的关键环节。顶管隧道是长输管道穿越河流常用的方式之一,在水下采用顶管方法。顶管的主要技术特点有:适用土质范围广:软土、黏土、沙土、硬土、砂砾石均可适用;破碎能力强,破碎粒径大,个数多;具有独立注水、注浆系统和刀盘清洗装置,尤其适合黏性土和砂土;顶进速度快,最快顶进速度120mm/min;施工精度高,上下左右均可纠偏,最大纠偏角度达2.5°;采用地面操作系统,安全、直观、方便。结构紧凑,使用、维修、保养简单,便于在发送井和接收井中拆除。本文以西气东输二线干线23标段滠水河顶管穿越工程为例来阐述顶管隧道穿越工程的实践,并就技术环节进行探讨。
