患者陈某,男,10岁,因溺水抢救三周后仍意识障碍,阵发性抽搐,于1991年9月5日入院。患者三周前在河中游泳时不幸溺水,约6分钟后被打捞上岸,心跳呼吸已停止,就地立即抢救,出现呼吸心跳后急送当地医院。次日清醒,但意识模糊,哭笑无常,吞咽呛咳,不能行走,大小便失禁,四肢阵发性曲肢状抽搐,经用甘露醇、高渗葡萄糖、激素、能量合剂、脑活素等药物及鼻给氧治疗三周,病情无好转。入院检查;意识模糊,表情呆滞,强迫样哭笑面容;检查不合作;两瞳孔等大等圆,对光反射及角膜反射正常双侧视乳头轻度水肿;吐舌、流涎;颈软,心、肺、肝、脾无异常;四肢无意识地运动并阵发性曲肢状抽搐,肌张力明显增
