[目的]探讨在儿科临床设立健康教育专职护士的效果。[方法]采用问卷调查法对600名儿科住院病人家属进行设立健康教育专职护士前后病人满意度及健康教育后疾病相关知识了解情况的调查。[结果]设立健康教育专职护士后儿科住院病人家属满意度及健康教育后疾病相关知识了解情况均明显提高。[结论]在儿科临床设立健康教育专职护士可提高病人的满意度和健康教育效果。
