用非洲茄(Solanum gilo RADDI.)作为细胞质供体亲本,茄子(S.me-longena L.)作为轮回回交父本,通过种间杂交及连续三代的置换回交和选择,获得了两个茄子异质雄性不育系。其中9334A为花药瓣化型雄性不育,2518A为花药退化型雄性不育。两者的雄性不育性表现稳定,不育率及不育度均达到100%,而雌性育性正常。用22个茄子地方品种分别与两个不育系进行测交试验,结果表明,其雄性不育性属胞质型遗传。
Solanum gilo RADDI. Was used as the cytoplasm donor parent. Eucalyptus (S. mengona L.) was crossed back and selected as a reincarnation cross and crossed by interspecific hybridization and successive three generations of substitution. Two Eggplant heterogeneous male sterile line. Among them, 9334A was anther petal-type male sterile and 2518A was anther degenerative male sterile. Both male sterility performance of stable, sterile and sterile reached 100%, while the female fertility is normal. The 22 eggplant local varieties were tested with two sterile lines respectively. The results showed that male sterility was cytoplasmic.
