据我們了解,整理积存档案这一工作的發展極不平衡,有的县进展迅速,已經整理完县委历年来的积存档案,有的县进展迟緩,目前一个年度的文件亦沒有整理完,有的地方整理出来的案卷質量基本上合乎要求,有的地方整理出來的案卷还存在着許多缺点和問题,需要调整的面很寬(个別地方竞达百分之八十以上)。客观情况要求我們認真探討这样一个問題:如何既好且快地整理积存档案?怎样才能做到保証質量、加快速度? 根据各地现有經驗教訓的初步綜合,我們認为,要既好且快地整理积存档案,一般要抓住以下几点:
