劳动定额是实行按劳分配的基础,劳动定额管理工作的好坏直接影响员工工作积极性和企业的核心竞争力。本文主要研究了基于建立数学模型工时定额法、数控加工程序仿真工时定额法和基于神经网络的工时定额法,并运用到实际工作中,效果显著。
Labor quotas are the basis for the implementation of distribution according to work, labor quota management work directly affects the enthusiasm of employees and the core competitiveness of enterprises. In this paper, we mainly study the method based on the establishment of the mathematical model of working hours quota method, numerical simulation processing method of working hours quota method and neural network based on the work of quota method, and applied to the actual work, the effect is remarkable.
