一九八七年二月十六日湘政办发10号省人民政府同意省协作办《关于横向经济联合的情况及一九八七年工作安排的报告》,现转发给你们,望结合本地区、本系统的实际,认真研究执行。横向经济联合,是经济体制改革的重要内容,是发展社会主义商品经济的客观要求,是一项符合社会需要、有远大发展前途的事业,各级政府和各经济主管部门对此应予足够重视,切实加强领导,从实际出发推进各种形式的横向经济联合,加速我省经济发展步伐。
