目的探讨长期接触低浓度丙烯酰胺对工人健康的影响。方法选择某化工企业接触低浓度丙烯酰胺作业工人166人,无丙烯酰胺接触史108人,进行内科、神经系统、皮肤和神经肌电图职业健康检查。结果接触丙烯酰胺工人自主神经系统异常检出率、触痛觉减退、腱反射减退、位置觉减退、震动觉异常率和手掌红斑、脱皮脱屑的皮肤受损率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。神经肌电图检查观察组感觉神经传导速度异常人数多于对照组(P<0.01)。结论长期接触丙烯酰胺可对工人周围神经系统及皮肤均造成一定程度的损害。
Objective To investigate the effects of long-term exposure to low concentrations of acrylamide on workers’ health. Methods A chemical company was exposed to low concentration of acrylamide workers 166 people, without acrylamide exposure history of 108 people, for internal medicine, nervous system, skin and neuromyo-EMG occupational health examination. Results The rate of anaphylaxis in autonomic nervous system exposed to acrylamide workers was lower than that of the control group, with the decrease of tactile sense of touch, the decrease of tendon reflex, the decrease of position sense, the abnormal rate of sensation of shaking and erythema of palms. Significance (P <0.05). The number of abnormal sensory nerve conduction velocity in neuromuscular examination group was more than that in control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Long-term exposure to acrylamide can cause some damage to the peripheral nervous system and skin of workers.
