目的掌握陈村国通物流城鼠类种群及其携带病原体情况,为物流城病媒生物控制提供依据。方法 2016年2-10月,采用鼠笼法捕捉鼠类,采用PCR方法检测汉坦病毒和鼠疫菌。结果共捕获鼠32只,经分类鉴定隶属于2目2科2属2种,以褐家鼠为优势种,占鼠类种群构成的56.25%;以绿化带的鼠捕获率为最高,为62.50%;平均鼠密度为1.78%。检测出汉坦病毒核酸阳性鼠4只,阳性率为12.50%,未检出鼠疫菌。结论应加强鼠类监测,有效防止鼠传疾病的发生和流行。
Objective To understand the rodent population of Chencun Guotong Logistics City and the pathogen carrying it, and provide the basis for the vector control of logistics city. Methods From February to October of 2016, mice were captured by squirrel cage method and Hantavirus and Y. pestis were detected by PCR. Results Totally 32 mice were captured, and 2 species, 2 genera, 2 families, 2 families, 2 families, 2 families, 2 families, 2 families, 2 families, 2 families, 2 families, 2 families, %; Average rat density was 1.78%. Four Hantaan virus positive mice were detected, the positive rate was 12.50%. Yersinia pestis was not detected. Conclusion Rodent surveillance should be strengthened to effectively prevent the occurrence and prevalence of rodent-borne diseases.
