一、拓展游戏拓展游戏就是一个体验的学习过程,强调学生去“感受”学习。在拓展游戏中,学生是过程的主宰,游戏的进程由学生掌控。拓展游戏包含挑战性游戏和合作性游戏,学生无论在个人还是在团体的层次上,都可通过对危机感、逆境和激励的训练而得到提升:挑战性项目多为个人项目或小组项目,强调挑战自我、信任和激励。通过完成规定科目正视困境和减少对危机感的恐惧。合作性项目多为团体项目,需要学生发挥团队合作精神,掌握正确的合作方法。所有参加者均需投入其中,从而得到了解自我和提升团队的机会。
