银黄片是由金银花提取物和黄芩提取物经干燥,加入淀粉等辅料制成的一种片剂。我们用薄层层析法鉴别了其中主要有效成分绿原酸和异绿原酸及黄芩甙,并用高效液相色谱法测定了其中绿原酸的含量。
Yinhuang Tablets is a kind of tablet made from the honeysuckle extract and the Astragalus membranaceus extract dried and added with the auxiliary materials such as starch. We identified the main effective components of chlorogenic acid, isochlorogenic acid and baicalin by thin layer chromatography and determined the content of chlorogenic acid by high performance liquid chromatography.
