目的 总结先天性膈疝的诊治经验。方法 对中山医科大学附属第一医院和孙逸仙纪念医院１９７１～１９９７ 年收治的３２ 例先天性膈疝患儿临床表现、诊断、手术治疗和围手术期处理等方面的诊治经验进行总结。结果 本组病例治愈率９４％ ，死亡的２ 例患儿均合并其他先天畸形。结论 临床应着重提高产前诊断率和对高危患儿的诊治水平。
Objective To summarize the diagnosis and treatment of congenital diaphragmatic hernia. Methods The clinical manifestations, diagnosis, surgical treatment and perioperative management of 32 cases of congenital diaphragmatic hernia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University and Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital from 1971 to 1997 were summarized. Results The cure rate of 94% of the patients in this group, two patients died of other congenital malformations combined. Conclusion Clinical should focus on improving the rate of prenatal diagnosis and diagnosis and treatment of high-risk children.
