我校“外来工子女多,留守儿童多,单亲子女多”。家长的文化水平普遍偏低,对班级管理工作的支持和理解不够,多数学生的家庭教育不很理想,学生的思想水平及行为规范能力参差不齐,自制力、承挫力普遍较差,这给班级的和谐发展带来许多难题。本文从以下三方面探讨在班级管理中如何化解矛盾,构建和谐班级的方法。
There are many children in the school, many children left behind, and more single parents. Parents’ cultural level is generally low, and the support and understanding of class management work is not enough. Most students’ family education is not very satisfactory. Students’ ideological level and behavioral standard ability are uneven, and self-control and conviction are generally poor. There are many problems for the harmonious development of the class. This paper discusses how to resolve contradictions and how to construct a harmonious class in class management from the following three aspects.
