文章比较全面地分析了化学组成、温、度、压力和水蒸汽浓度等因素对熔铁氨合成催化剂在工业还原过程中的影响,提出了铁催化剂工业还原过程中主要工艺条件的控制原则,对工厂确定合理的还原条件有直接的参考价值。
In this paper, the influence of chemical composition, temperature, pressure, water vapor concentration and other factors on the industrial reduction process of molten iron ammonia synthesis catalyst is analyzed in detail. The control principle of main process conditions during industrial reduction of iron catalyst is proposed. Factories determine the reasonable reduction conditions have a direct reference value.
