According to the cooperation plan signed by China Coal Society and Polish Association of Mining Engineers and Technicians in March 1987, the China Coal Institute dispatched a delegation of five people to go to Bo for the first time to give lectures on exploration and drilling technology. The lecture made a total of three reports: 1. Large-diameter cobalt well equipment and technology; 2. China’s coal mine blasting status and development; 3.
