采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和逻辑分析法等,对健身气功五禽戏在滁州学院中老年教师人群中的优势和推广策略与方法进行研究,调查发现,影响中老年教师人群体育项目选择的因素依次是简单易学、效果明显、较高的文化底蕴等,这与健身气功五禽戏所具有的潜在优势(浓厚的文化底蕴、科学的健身机理、较少受到场地器材影响)不谋而合,对健身气功的文化底蕴和健身机理进行了论述,并对健身气功五禽戏在滁州学院中老年教师人群中的推广提出建议.
Using literature, questionnaire and logical analysis, this paper studied the advantages, strategies and methods of Health Qigong in the Middle-aged and Elderly Teachers in Chuzhou University. The survey found that the factors influencing the selection of middle- Is simple and easy to learn, the effect is obvious, a high cultural heritage, which coincides with the potential advantages (strong cultural foundation, scientific fitness mechanism, less affected by the venue equipment) of Health Qigong, Cultural details and fitness mechanism are discussed, and Health Qigong Wu Qin play Chuzhou College in the middle-aged teacher population to promote the recommendations.
