患者女,36岁.查体:一股情况良好,心肺未见异常,肝功能各项指标均在正常范围.B超检查肝右叶可见3.9cm×4.1cm大小囊性异常回声有包膜,腔内容物有一较明显的分界线,上层呈密集点状强回声,堆积成片,下层为无回声区.在腹部加压或体位改变时上层点状回声可漂动,为典型“脂液分层”表现.B超诊断:肝右叶囊性占位性病变:考虑囊性畸胎瘤.后经B超引导下穿刺细胞学检查:上层为粘稠脂类物质;下层为稀薄浆液.证实
