本文报告５８例化脓性耳廓软骨膜炎病例．多数病例为耳廓外伤后绿脓杆菌感染所致，及时手术清理坏死软骨同时大剂量应用敏感抗生素，能有效控制感染，防止耳部畸形的发生．
This article reports 58 cases of purulent auricular perichondritis cases. Most cases of auricular trauma caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection caused by timely surgical removal of necrotic cartilage while the application of large doses of sensitive antibiotics, can effectively control the infection, to prevent the occurrence of ear deformities.
