一、教师教的个性化与学生学的个性化之间的关系没有教师教的个性化,就很难保证学生学的个性化,前者为后者服务。前者是出发点,后者是终极目标。这二者是主导与主体的关系。只有当教师不断地构想怎样让学生充分发挥个性化阅读时,语文老师也才会不断探索自身的个性化教学。因此,从某种意义上来说,要使每个学生都具有个性化阅读的能力和愿望,教师个性化的教是前提,是保证。
First, the relationship between the individualization of teacher education and the individualization of student learning is difficult to guarantee the personalization of student learning without the personalization of teacher education. The former serves the latter. The former is the starting point and the latter is the ultimate goal. This is the relationship between the dominant and the subject. Only when teachers continuously conceive how to allow students to fully play personalized reading, Chinese teachers will continue to explore their own personalized teaching. Therefore, in a sense, to enable each student to have the ability and aspiration to personalize reading, teacher’s personalized teaching is a prerequisite and a guarantee.
