在中等职业学校实践性教学改革中试行“3+1”(四年学制或“2.5+0.5”(三年学制教学计划,推行顶岗就业型实习教学模式,有利于强化实践教学环节,提高毕业生岗位职业能力。本文拟运用系统论的原理,对顶岗就业型实习教学模式作一些探讨。
Trying out “3 + 1” (four-year academic system or “2.5 + 0.5” (three-year academic teaching plan and practicing on-the-job employment-based internship teaching mode in the reform of practical teaching in secondary vocational schools is conducive to strengthening practical teaching and graduates Job occupational ability.This paper intends to use the theory of system theory, on the job placement practice teaching model for some discussion.
