在中等职业学校实践性教学改革中试行“3＋1”(四年学制或“2．5＋0．5”(三年学制教学计划,推行顶岗就业型实习教学模式,有利于强化实践教学环节,提高毕业生岗位职业能力。本文拟运用系统论的原理,对顶岗就业型实习教学模式作一些探讨。
