全国文化信息资源共享工程是文化部、财政部组织实施的一项国家文化创新工程,自2002年4月开始实施以来,一直得到党和政府的高度重视,胡锦涛、温家宝、李长春等中央领导同志多次作出重要指示和批示,并多次视察各地共享工程基层服务点。中央已将共享工程纳入《国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划纲要》。共享工程已成为满足广大人民群众精神文化需求和工作生活需要的公益品牌,在建设社会主义新农村、构建和谐社会中发挥着极其重要的作用。
