新《律师法》的颁布和实施对检察机关反贪查案工作提出了更高的要求和更新的挑战。检察机关应以正确的态度和有效的措施适应新《律师法》对反贪查案工作的要求。
The promulgation and implementation of the new “Lawyer’s Law” put forward higher requirements and newer challenges on the anti-corruption investigation work carried out by the procuratorial organs. The procuratorial organs should, with a correct attitude and effective measures, adapt to the requirements of the new Lawyers’ Law on anti-corruption investigations.
