在科学发展观的指导下,轻工行业的发展理念发生了重大转变。这种变化比较集中地反映在《轻工业调整和振兴规划》中。规划明确指出,轻工业要“走绿色生态、质量安全和循环经济的新型工业化道路。”全面精辟地阐述了轻工业的现代特征和实现这些特征的路径。一、行业发展展望实现世界轻工强国,是轻工业几十年的梦想。党的“十八大”的召开,更加坚定了走中国特色社会主义道路和全面建成小康社会实现中华民族伟大复兴的信心,也为轻工业的发展创造了历史性机遇。轻工业要争取用十年左右的时间,伴随国家全面建成小康社会的进程,积蓄力量,努力实现从世界轻工大国向世界轻工强国的历史性跨越。
