新闻宣传策划是以新闻事实为基础,通过谋划与运作,将有限的新闻资源优化配置和有效利用,使其内含的新闻价值得以拓展、延伸。新闻宣传策划属于新闻采编工作组织、运作的范畴,是新闻报道方式方法的创新与变化。南京日报几年来进行的新闻改革,都是围绕凸现党报特色、强化党报的地位和作用来进行的。新闻宣传策划在采编工作中发挥了越来越重要的作用。策划的主要方面有:围绕“中心工作”,大力弘扬主旋律;运用典型事例,积极引导社会舆论;抓住重大时机,精心打造服务大餐。
