研究了电镀单层超硬磨料蜗杆形砂轮的成形方法及其耐磨粒等高性的影响,得到了镍结合剂单层超硬磨料砂轮磨损规律及磨削比并在此基础上探讨了此种砂轮在低速磨削状态下加工硬击面的可行性,获得了良好效果.
The forming method of wear-resistant grain and the forming method of single-layer super-abrasive abrasive worm wheel were studied.
