目的对CYP17基因rs743572位点与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的关系进行系统评价。方法检索中英文数据库2016年7月31日之前发表的关于CYP17基因多态性和PCOS关系的文献资料,应用RevMan5.3软件进行系统评价。采用随机效应模型或固定效应模型计算效应指标:OR值和95%CI。进行亚组分析和敏感性分析,用Egger’s法通过stata12.0软件定量评估发表偏倚。结果在隐性模型中:Z=2.64(P=0.008)、OR(95%CI):1.26(1.06,1.49),差异有统计学意义。在等位基因模型中Z=2.55(P=0.01)、OR(95%CI):1.21(1.05,1.41),差异有统计学意义。按地域进行亚组分析,在欧洲人群等位基因模型:Z=1.97(P=0.05)、OR(95%CI):1.39(1.00,1.94)。结论 CYP17基因rs743572位点多态性与PCOS有关,且基因型CC增加了PCOS的易感性。
Objective To systematically evaluate the relationship between rs743572 locus of CYP17 gene and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods To search the literature about the relationship between CYP17 gene polymorphism and PCOS published in Chinese and English databases before July 31, 2016, we use RevMan5.3 software to conduct systematic reviews. Efficacy indicators were calculated using random effects model or fixed effects model: OR value and 95% CI. Subgroup analyzes and sensitivity analyzes were performed, and publication bias was assessed quantitatively using the stata12.0 software using Egger’s method. Results In the recessive model, Z = 2.64 (P = 0.008), OR (95% CI): 1.26 (1.06, 1.49), the difference was statistically significant. In the allele model Z = 2.55 (P = 0.01), OR (95% CI): 1.21 (1.05, 1.41), the difference was statistically significant. By subgroup analysis by region, the European population allele model: Z = 1.97 (P = 0.05), OR (95% CI): 1.39 (1.00, 1.94). Conclusion CYP17 rs743572 polymorphism is associated with PCOS, and genotype CC increases the susceptibility to PCOS.
