真诚、博爱、宽容是教师沟通学生情感的桥梁。班主任只有用真诚友爱去软化学生,方可净化其心灵,规范其道德,陶冶其情操,方可使他们的内心为你敞开。只有情真意切的教育才能触动学生的心弦,引起学生心灵的共鸣。因此,要使学生动情,班主任必先师必先动情于学生,献爱于学生;必先热爱教育事业,热爱学生,建立民主、平等、和谐的师生关系。
Sincere, fraternity, tolerance is the bridge of teachers’ emotional communication. Only in good faith with the class teacher to soften students in order to purify their minds, regulate their moral and cultivate their sentiments, so that their hearts open for you.
