谢鉴衡国内外著名泥沙专家。1925年生于湖北洪湖。毕业于武汉大学。中国工程院土木、水利与建筑工程学部院士,博导,曾主持长江葛洲坝枢纽泥沙问题的研究,用“静水过船、动水冲沙”的方案成功地解决了该枢纽河势规划及引航道的泥沙问题。实践表明,研究成果与实际完全吻合,该工程1985年获国家科技进步特等奖。作为三峡工程论证泥沙专家副组长,参与并领导了三峡工程问题的研究,主持完成的研究成果达到国际先进水平。其关于黄河演变的理论研究及治理思路,在几十年的治黄工作中起到了指导作用。
Xie Jianheng famous sediment experts at home and abroad. Born in 1925 in Hubei Honghu. Graduated from Wuhan University. Chinese Academy of Engineering, civil engineering, water conservancy and construction of the academician, Ph.D., who presided over the Yangtze River Gezhouba dam sediment research, with the “quiet water over the boat, moving water scouring,” the program successfully resolved the hub river planning and navigation channel Sediment problem. Practice shows that the research results exactly match with the actual, the project in 1985 by the National Science and Technology Progress Award. As the deputy leader of the sediment expert in the Three Gorges Project demonstration, he participated in and led the research on the Three Gorges Project, and the research achievements presided over by him have reached the international advanced level. Its theoretical research and governance ideas on the evolution of the Yellow River played a guiding role in the governance of the Yellow River for several decades.
