我国民事诉讼解制度一直在民事审判中发挥着重要的作用,经过繁荣衰落再繁荣的过程至今,随着近些年来随着因为调解而结案的案例越来越多,不少法院都将民事诉讼调解作为开展工作的重点,对民事诉讼调解制度的研究和思考成为业界普遍关注的重点。本文简要介绍民事诉讼调解制度的概念和性质,分析当前民事诉讼调解制度存在的问题,并提出完善措施,供业界参考。
