利用基于能量泛函的有限元数值分析方法计算和分析了远场涡流无损检测中探头的速度效应,显示了磁场随速度的变化情况,预估了缺陷响应随速度变化的规律。结果表明,检测探头的运动速度是探头设计及检测信号分析中应考虑的重要因素。
The velocity effect of the probe in the far-field eddy current non-destructive testing was calculated and analyzed by the finite element numerical analysis method based on the energy functional theory. The variation of the magnetic field with the velocity was shown and the regularity of the defect response with the velocity was predicted. The results show that the speed of the detection probe is an important factor that should be considered in the design of the probe and the analysis of the detection signal.
