至80年代末妊高征占日本孕产妇死亡的第1位。伴随围产医学的进步,至1996年退居为产科栓塞、产后出血、胎盘异常之后,居第4位。但妊高征仍为孕产妇死亡的重要并发症。本文仅就妊高征致孕产妇死亡有关问题概述如下。 与妊高征有关的孕产妇死亡例概况:日本国立医疗、医院管理研究所报道的197例孕产妇死亡例中与妊高征有关
PIH accounted for the first maternal death in Japan in the late 1980s. With the progress of perinatal medicine, it was the fourth place after obstetric embolism and postpartum hemorrhage in 1996 with abnormal placenta. However, pregnancy-induced hypertension is still an important complication of maternal mortality. This article only on pregnancy-induced hypertension induced maternal death related issues are summarized below.
