目的:研究并且探讨袋鼠式的护理措施对于缓和早产儿实行静脉刺穿时出现疼痛反应当中的效果。方法:将该院2013年1月至2015年7月期间接收的150例不需要辅助呼吸并且没有应用过镇痛和镇静药品,日龄在10天的34周作用早产儿实行研究,并将他们分成研究组及对照组,每组例数为75例。对照组患者不需要实行干预,研究组选择袋鼠式的护理。观察并对比两组啼哭的维持时间。结果:研究组新生儿持续啼哭的时间明显比对照组短(P<0.01)。结论:选择袋鼠式的护理措施可以将早产儿实行静脉刺穿时产生的疼痛感有效减轻。
OBJECTIVE: To study and explore the effects of kangaroo-based nursing interventions on alleviating the painful response to venipuncture in preterm infants. METHODS: A total of 150 cases of preterm infants who received no ventilatory support and no analgesics and sedatives received from January 2013 to July 2015 at the age of 10 days and 34 weeks of age were studied and their Divided into study group and control group, each group of 75 cases. The control group patients do not need to implement intervention, the study group to choose kangaroo-style care. Observe and compare the two groups to maintain crying time. Results: The study group newborn infants continued to cry significantly shorter than the control group (P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The kangaroo-based care measures are effective in reducing the pain associated with venipuncture in preterm infants.
