各种拼装VCD机,以其价格低廉、上市早、上市快等优势,在市场上争有一席之地,社会上有相当的拥有量。这类机型与系统设计机型相比有许多不同之处,其中操作控制电路的工作方式就有较大区别。由于种种原因,在拼装机中“操作失控”故障比较常见,同时也具有一定的特殊性。本文以PCB—802主板拼装VCD机为例,对“操作失控”这一故障的检修加以综述。

This type of model compared with the system design has many differences, including the operation of the control circuit has a greater difference between the working methods. Due to various reasons, “uncontrolled operation” failures in assembly machines are more common and have certain particularities at the same time. In this paper, PCB-802 assembled VCD machine as an example, on the “out of control operation” fault overhaul are reviewed.
